直流离心风机设计要素（中英对照）

　　1、叶轮/Impeller

　　叶轮由塑胶材料PA66，玻纤增强注模制成，材料符合 ROHS 及阻燃UL-V0级。Impeller made of plastic PA66,fiberglass reinforced. All material accord with ROHS and UL-V0

　　2、电机/Motor

　　外转子直流无刷电机。转子上安装铁氧体材料，转子外壳表面电泳成黑色，材料符合 ROHS。

　　External rotor brushless DC motor ,Rotor with ferrite and coated in black. All material accord with ROHS

　　3、软起动/Soft Start

　　电机开始在低转速起动，大约20秒到达全速，以防止来自电源的电流冲击。The motor start at low speed,after 20 SEC running to full speed, to prevent current surges being drawn from the power supply

　　4、速度输出信号/Speed output signal

　　风扇输出一个与外接上拉电阻成比例的速度信号，风机每旋转一周，这个信号包含3个脉冲输出，信号最大幅值电压为12V。

　　The fan provides an output signal proportional to its speed with out pull up resistor. The signal comprises of 3 cycles per revolution of a squar. The maximum amplitude of the signal is 12 V

　　5、速度控制/PWM input

　　PWM输入控制电压范围：0～10VDC， PWM控制信号频率范围:1～10 kHZ

　　Signal voltage range: 0～10VDC

　　The frequency for control signal of the fan shall be able to accept 1～10 kHZ.

　　6、保护/Protection

　　电机保护功能有堵转保护、限流保护、低电压与过电压停止运转功能

　　This motor with locked-rotor protection, current limited,under-voltage and over-voltage lockout protection
